Some Laws

 

 

  1. Australian web sites require a privacy policy for the use of personal information (there are some exemptions for small organisations)
  2. Australian sites can't include pornography or other material such as bestiality.
  3. There are accessability rules to aid people use web sites, such as the use of resizable text for those who have bad eyesight.
